Our story
Vergal Brewery was founded in 2016 by the union of the forces of several friends who, despite living in different parts of the world, did not want to give up their dream, that of developing a craft brewery.
Innovation and research are two fundamental points for Vergal, also supported by the professional and life experience of the founding members.
Vergal's team is composed by a geneticist, who in his many years of research has deepened the genetics of taste, trying to understand how our genes influence the perception of certain tastes; two experts in the field of innovation and finance and lastly two experts in the world of distribution and marketing.
Combining their knowledge they produced five types of beer: Adriatik, Mozaik, Belgiak, Brinjek and Kristmas. The development of the beers was based on careful monitoring of consumer tastes in the target markets, research of raw materials and innovative approaches in the production process.
